Planning and Construction Department Projects
The Planning and Construction Department manages construction projects (new construction and modernization) that are generally funded by bond funds (Proposition O) and Mello-Roos Community Facility District Funds (CFD). The Department also manages major Special Projects and also Deferred Maintenance projects on behalf of the Maintenance Department.
